CIL generation wouldn't complete in AX 2012 R3

Hi,

We are trying to generate full CIL on AX 2012 R3. Previously, it used to take around 15 mins to complete CIL. Since last couple of times, we are facing issue of CIL generation not completing. We don’t get any errors, however, the CIL generation will go on. It’s been 3 hours since started & CIL has still not completed. Is there a way to check what is causing this issue?

Did you successfully compile X++ before trying to generate CIL from it?

Yes. it completed successfully. I restarted the service after this issue & after service restart CIL completed successfully. This is the issue which has occurred every time. We are able to generate CIL once we restart services.
