From experience, a common best practice for integrating Dynamics GP with other applications is using middleware tools like SmartConnect, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory to streamline data synchronization. Defining clear data mapping rules and scheduling syncs during off-peak hours also helps avoid performance issues.
