I am new in this ERP and joined as a trainee.
I want to do certification of Microsoft Dynamics(Navision), can anybody tell me available ways or types?
I just want to know process of certification ,so that i can start study.

Just Google Microsoft NAV Certification. Or read the posts in the Training and Certification forum. You’ll find all of the information you need.
In short, there are 10 NAV Tests which give you Specialist certification. If you take groups of certain tests you can become a Professional. There are three types of Professional certifications: Application, Development, and Installation.
Microsoft has training manuals for many topics. These manuals can be downloaded from partnersource if you work for a partner, and from customersource if you work for an end user company. Ask for access to partnersource/customersource, browse for the list of available topics and download the manuals from there. Now you are ready for studying.
Certification exams are taken at specific facilities, and you’ll have to ask your senior how to get registered for exams.
While I agree that there’s no replacement for practical experience, there’s certainly a place for studying the manuals. Whatever you do though, don’t use braindumps as your only source of information. If you are serious about your career, and you want to be a good NAV consultant/developer/PM/whatever, you need to make sure that you learn the actual product, and not a list of multiple choice answers.
