certificate of analysis(COA)

When we report as finish the batch order quality order gets generated.
we process the quality order as passed normally but we dont get certificate of analysis(COA)
created automatically.
Is COA needs to be created manually ?..

Path:Batch order>inquiries>quality orders>Quality order details >inquiries>COA

If its gets created automatically then what setting triggers it?
