Hi ,

What is the difference between Cash Discount Vs Customer cash discount General ledge > Setup - > Posting - >
Accounts for automatic transactions?

Please explain with an example.?

and we have the another accounts - > Main account for customer discounts in the Cash discounts form .

Can any explain with an example of difference between theses accounts which is in Accounts for automatic transaction form and Cash Discount form ?

See, cash discount setup is common for vendor and customer. Now when you create it through AR, customer cash discount account will be mandatory but not vendor, Now, if you use same cash discount on vendor transaction (note vendor cash discount is not updated), system will first look into the setup of cash discount, if not found then account for automatic transaction and if not found there then system will throw error.

we have the two forms Accounts for automatic transaction form and Cash Discount form and in both forms we have customer discount account/ vendor discount account.

Can any explain with an example of difference between theses accounts in two different forms ?
