The above invoice number can be already found in posted invoices. But customer has entered a the same invoice number again after going in number series for sales invoices and changed the last invoice number. She has entered a new invoice number 2001/00141 (manual entry), now she would like to delete it, navision returns an error as cant delete the invoice header since it already exist. I have tried to delete the record from the sales header table and no luck. Any suggestions. Wajahatullah Khan

If you can’t get it to delete the Invoice. 1. you will need ro remark a line of code in the OnDelete trigger. 2. delete the documents 3. un Remark the code. //SalesPost.DeleteHeader(Rec,SalesShptHeader,SalesInvHeader,SalesCrMemoHeader); Remember to do this while the Sales team are not using the system As an end user you will have to ask your NSC to remark the code for you, then email you the object. 1. Export the original Sales Header table 2. Import the Modified Table 3. Delete the records 4. Then Import your original David Cox MindSource (UK) Limited Navision Solutions Partner Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Web: www.mindsource.co.uk Edited by - David Cox on 2001 Apr 21 07:47:21
