Cant convert a business relation prospect into customer

Hello All, Whenver i am trying to convert a business prospect (business relation form ) into a customer.

I am getting the error

Cannot edit a record in Business relations (smmBusRelTable).
The record has never been selected.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Looks like there is a development causing an issue, you need to debug the process.
