Cannot create Word template attachment: "You have canceled the create process."

On my Win7 with Word 2010 I’m getting this error whenever I’m exiting Word after having inserted merge fields into the document:

You have canceled the create process.

Before exiting I’m saving the document (with the default name) and back into Navision I’m getting the above error.

Well now I’m getting this on my other PC also!! I’m running a “clean” NAV 2009 SP1 W1 and I’m getting the error both on the classic client and on the role tailored client.

Am I really the only one who have seen this error when working with Word 2010.
