Cannot create route card journal when start productoin order

Hi,

I try to start a production order, however there is no route card journal created. There is a route attached to the item, and in the Start production form, I choose “Always” for “Auto route consumption”. But after I start the production order, there is no route card journal, and the remain status is “Route consumption”.

Any idea?

What is the production route reference captured on the works order?

How can I check it?

The reference is on the setup tab in teh route section.

Remember the route has to be active as well.
