Cannot create a record, record already exist error when searching the empty record

Hi, can any one suggest me what is the technical issue for the above problem.

When ever i search the empty record it raises the error box showing as " Cannot create a record, record already exist error when searching the empty record "

1. Stop AOS.

2. Delete the .auc file from users\Appdata\ folder

3. Restart AOS.

right click on table purchtable and synchronize it

Still i find the problem. i have synchronized purchTable and PurchTotalSummary table.

I am getting error when i make search of deleted record or if i type any number that is not existing.

If i search the record that exist their is No error.

i have attached the snap please guide.

ur purchid is in user layer in the purchtotalsummary table…

i think some changes are there in that…

if no thn please delete both form and table so it will directly come into sys layer

Yes there is a customization on purchtotalsummary table…

The initial thing to look at is why it is trying to insert a record into \Data Dictionary\Tables\PurchTotalsSummary (which is resulting a unique index violation)
