Cancel the Purchase requisition

HI,

In Ax2012R3, i tested that we can only cancel the PR after the PR is final approved, before convert to PO.

The users who raise the PR CANNOT cancel the PR even though they recall their PR.

May i know the logic why “Ax only allow to cancel PR after final approved”?
