Cancel the Creation Process when try to create/open Word Template

I have the issue described here

with NAV 2016 & Word 2013. When I try to Create/open a template Word pops up in the Task bar and closes within a second.

NAV says :“You have canceled the create process.”

Error comes From T5103:

It seems, that NAV can’t create the Word File… Anybody knows why ?

Is the issue related to the user or NAV?

Does the same happen for other users on other PC’s? And what if the same user log’s into a different PC?
Whenever we work with Word integration, that’s typically where it goes wrong. Wrong/different Word versions can for example do it.
