Cancel Return Order

Hi,

I have to cancel the delivery note but it throws some warning messages and stopped the process. Could anyone plz suggest on this.

Note : Sales order : Open, Return order : Received.

Warning message:

The delivery note correction cannot be posted to the original accounting date when the inventory period is closed. The accounting date has been moved to the first day in the next open inventory period.

Is it not finding the next available date? Don’t you have any open periods after the inventory closing date?
