Can Dynamics 365 Sales be customized to match our organization’s specific B2B sales processes, including stages, milestones, and decision points? How can we automate workflow processes within Dynamics 365 Sales to streamline complex sales cycles?
@sandey_sharma - I have had quite a lot of success matching an organization’s specific B2B sales processes using the Business Process Flow feature. There are some general concessions you will need to make if your organization’s sales processes are rigidly set, but if your company is willing to negotiate on some of them, it can be done. With that said, I have done a lot of configuration work and find very few requests that can’t be worked into a Business Process Flow as long as you know the intended outcome. With enough time and money, anything is theoretically possible.
