Business Central cloud Feedback

Dears, Good Day to all

I will have a meeting with Microsoft Tech. Team for my notes and feedback on Business Central cloud.

They said they are working hard to deliver the best solution and they promised to listen to all customers.


If you like to share your feedback here then I will discuss with them and give the best answers.

Feedback does not mean the normal errors caused by incompleted setup like “Posting groups” as easily the will answer this is a user mistake

The feedback will be like:

  • Click the button several times until the system response.
  • No shortcuts.
  • Suddenly signout.
  • Working on it.
  • Error when personalizing a page.
  • Tenant error.
  • etc.

And. Also submitting new ideas needs to be added to the system.

I mean if you have or facing issues with Business Central cloud version, or suggestions of features to be added to enhance the system functionalities.

I am currently preparing a list of things to be submitted to Microsoft as I am in a direct connection with them now especially for users experience issues.
