Both Windows and NAvusername password option

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way the users can use both the windows domain login and also the navuserpassword feature? The navusername and password feature will be used by those users who are not in the domain.

Is this possible?

It works, but you must set up the users in SQL server (and activate both authentication methods in it).

BTW - Win authentication works even without AD, in this case you must enter username in NAV Win Logins manually – in form of [COMPUTERNAME\UserName] – , they won’t show up automatically for you to select.
