Hi I can not see this in my Navision Business Central Version: W1 16.2 (Platform 16.0.13440.13772 + Application 16.2.13509.13779). Please advise.

The In-client Performace Profiler is available from Business Central 2022 release wave 1.

This is only in SaaS. Maybe you could set up telemetry though.
