BOM Allocations

Is the a way in Nav to know how many items can be assembled from its BOM components without the item being assembled(made first).

  1. for example lets say takes 3 legs and 1 table top to make a table1.
  2. to make table 2 it takes 4 legs and 1 table top.

in stock lets say there are currently 20 legs and 5 table tops

what the client requires is for nav to be able to tell them that table 1 you can build 3 tables and of table 2 you can build 2 tables…does anyone know of a way to do this?

This was always a common request and the system does not do it - you need to right a report or a screen to schieve this.
