IMHO currently only possible with windows log-in. It was possible to set a number of trials in previous versions (3.56 BLUE). bye André

Hello, You might be able to do this by modifying the system? After three tries, the expiry date in the User table could be set to yesterday, locking them out perhaps? Just thinking…

Edward, this could work - if there is some C/AL trigger which gets executed upon presing “OK” on the login screen… Is there[?] (I can not activate the debugger to check this unless I am logged into the system [;)]).

I agree with SV. There is no C/AL code running when you are asked for User ID/Password, so there is nothing you can do. These authentication functions are somewhere in the executables and completely out of reach.
