I want to block sale of a specific Item to specific customer.
Can any one plz help which set up is required to be done for this in AX 2012.?

Cant be achieved through standard. I propose the customization which must be similar to “Approved vendors” setup for Items.
Answering for others who might find this thead. If you only do manual orders you can use the restricted product regional list in AX 2012 R2. (In R3 there is a customer filter you can use)
I set up a new state for Sweden. Then created two regional lists in /Inventory and warehouse management/Product Complience/ Restricted products regional lists:

Click on restricted products and add your item number to the list. Go to the customer in question, and on the delivery/business adress you choose the state/province “block” (or other). In the adress form you can also choose that the state is data only (so it doesn’t show on your invoices etc). Now when you try to refresh a sales order - to that customer, with that item - you will get an error saying you cannot sell it.
