BY the way Appologies due to all the Mesopotainians out there. Further research on my part indicates that it was them, and not the Egyptians that are credited with officially inventing beer. With the Czechs (actually Bohemians, but same thing) coming in a close second about 5,000 years later inventing Lager. Since beer is taste, and taste is opinion, and opinion is numbers, more people drink lager than beer, so it wins.
