Hi,

We recently got started with CITRIX. We are able to run NAV 4.0 SP3 perfectly through CITRIX , but when we are about to preview ANY report, the error message appears

“Before you perform printer related tasks, you need to install a printer”

Please advice.

It’s exactly what the message says. You need to install a printer driver to be able to use reports (including preview).
