BC 26.2 E-Ship Error: 10400

In Business Central 26.2, we set up a new testing environment. When running Lanham E-Ship Pack Line Scanning on //CP, we receive Error: 10400-Invalid/Missing Refresh Token. I’ve tried resetting UPS API and both Production and Test Connections are 405. Can anyone help point me in direction for resolution?

Hi Noreen,

We saw this with one of our customers, it turned out the UPS API token had expired. Re-authenticating in E-Ship settings fixed it.

  • Verify credentials for both Test & Production

  • Clear old token, generate a new one from UPS Developer Kit

  • Check for account restrictions after updates
