BA Cube error - something related to primary key

Hi I have designed a cube based on sales line table & it’s working fine.

Now i have added one more dimension which is linked with other table having more then one key in primary key. Now i again run the configurator it’s gives me error. SSIS Error Index was out of range.

I tried to change the Primary key to single the it s work fine. Very Strange…

DO some one have faced this issue before… Please help
