AX2012 R3 CU12 Management report cu16 install error

Hi all

I am instaling MR CU16, but get the below error, does somebody can help me?

ax version:ax 2012 r3 cu12

os version :win server 2016

sql version : sql server 2016 sp1

I get the same error, “MRConfigurationConsole.exe - assert Failure”, also have no idea, full message is:
