AX2012 EP deployment issues

HI all,

while i am deploying EP website facing the following error.

Microsoft Dynamics AX could not locate the Web server. Verify that Enterprise Portal is installed on the Web server. If Enterprise Portal is installed, verify that the server is available on the network

please provide your inputs to solve the issue.

hi,

Kindly check the IIS Settings And Also checking EP Parameter.

  1. Click System administration > Setup > Enterprise Portal > Enterprise Portal parameters.

  2. Select the parameters. For a description of the fields and options in the form, press F1 while the form is open.

  3. Click OK.

Can you share the solution so that others can refer to this post while facing same problem.

The issue was the deployment timing out.

I added the following to the web.config file of the EP Deployment Service

<system.web>

</system.web>

The default location for the deployment service on the AOS machine is

“C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Setup\EPDeploymentService\web.config”
