AX security to add fields

Hi all,

I have a query where a user in the organization needs to add a field to a table via form> right click> setup> add field.

But they do not see the ‘Add fields’ Button.

I know this is security related. Can anyone please tell me where can I go to change the permission?

I think i found the solution.

By Default I think only admins have the ability to add fields via setup.

If users want to do it we have to give them access to the following node.

Security> Development> Add fields

You don’t have to give them access to the Development Security Key. You can just give them access to the “Add fields”. That way they do not get access to all the Development related stuff.
