AX client can't connect to AOS

hi

i use ax 2012 i install clint in one location and server is in other location

i have data sync problem

my test connection is fail when i check clint part

can anybody help me

What are the error messages you are getting ? more details needed

sir Im having data syncronisation problem

Please, give us more information. Does it work from other locations, such as if you connect directly from the machine with AOS? If not, is your AOS service running?

If it doesn’t work from the particular location only, first check if you’re connecting to the right AOS server. Make sure that your client computer in in the domain and no firewall is blocking the connection.
