I’m starting with study of CRM module in version 4. I have some general questions what STD axapta can and cannot do in CRM.
QUICKTIP:
a) Is there a report to show list (and/or sum) of Sales Quotations by Campaign / Activity?
GENERALLY:
Is there a way to assess campaign (or activity) by measurements like:
-creates sales quotations / conducted sales
-general turnover created / profit / ROI for single campaign
-in what dimensions can I have this results (campaign type, activity type, cust. group/segment etc.)
Thanks in advance for any help. Tips as for study materials are very much welcome too.
