AX 4.0 Profit and Loss or Movment Journal

Hi, I am moving inventory from one Ax environment to another. Should I use the profit and loss journal or the inventory movement journal? Does it matter?

Fundamentally it is not a profit or loss, so better to use the movement journal.

In movement journal you need the offset account to be filled. The profit and loss journal takes it from the item groups setup
