AX 2012 - SSRS Report Execution Error - There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

Hi there,

While executing report from Report - “AccountantInvestmentAnalysis.RoleCenter” from Report Manager we are getting below error.

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Query execution failed for dataset ‘Company’. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
The following system error occurred: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.

While checking Event Viewer,

The Remote Access Connection Manager service terminated with the following error:
Remote Access Connection Manager is not a valid Win32 application.

Any clue on how to fix this issue?

First you need to deploy and process the cube.

Then in SSRS, in the Dynamics AX folder or where you have deployed the reports, find the OLAP connection, its called DynamicsAXOLAP, and edit the connection string to be the server where you have deployed the cube and the name of the cube then click apply.

Hi Stefan,

While running the base reports in EP( eg. sales by hour report under retail ) i am getting the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

I have successfully deployed the reports and process the cubes. Please help me on this… very urgent
