1- May I know why we need to define default customer with retail store.
2- How we handle the retail customer in AX Retail. Shall we define each and every customer in customer master at retail channel. Or we define just one customer in Customer master and link it with retail store and all sales we calculate for that particular customer is actually the sales of that Retail store. I am confuse kindly guide.
Also how we accept the payment from retial customer.
I am sure we will not create sales order, packing slip and invoice for the retail customer.
If no then how we manage the retail sales through POS.
