Can somebody please tell me if there is a standard report / inquiry where I can filter out customer transactions that have a Transaction Status marked as “Disputed”?
Second question is - The purpose of marking a transaction as ‘disputed’ is to create an awareness amongst the credit collections team and as a marker against which cases can be raised. But marking a transaction as ‘disputed’ DOES NOT STOP normal AR functions like receiving a payment against a disputed line or marking for settlement or reversing. Am I right in this logic. Does marking a transaction as dispute ‘prevent’ me from actively carrying out an AR function? Any advice would be helpfuk
