AX 2012 R2 - Can't select Item in Purchase Requisition

Hi All,

I try to input Purchase Requisition using Purpose = Consumption but I can’t select any item number (item from Released Product) in detail line. But when I input Purchase Requisition using Purpose = Replenishment, I can select the item number.

Is there any missing setup?

Our requirement is creating Purchase Requisition using the consumption because we need the budget checking for this transaction.

Please help us.

I’ve already setup procurement categories.

I can select the item in purchase requisition if the purpose is replenishment but when I use purpose is consumption, the item is blank.

Is there any difference setup for replenishment and consumption?

Do you have any idea about it?

Try checking the purchasing policies and in that procurement policies.
