So I have a Production Order that has a subcontracting purchase order.
From the Production Order how can I see the Purchase Order Number that was generated by this production order?

Sure there is a way but can’t seem to find it.
On the purchase order line details, switch to Product tab and under Item reference section you will have Reference type= Production line, Reference number and Reference lot. Let me know if you can’t find it.
