We are unable to schedule any work order in QLD in AX. All of them throw the same error saying “Schedule date outside 999 days” Seems like some problem with system time reset.
Check the routing and the times associated, plus the calendar settings with each resource.
When I set the “Processing percentage-setup” to 100% (Work Details/Route button), this will resolve the problem.
Most of the previous work orders completed have this percentage assigned to them which is inherited automatically probably on the route setup. The question right now is :
- where do we set this percentage. I cannot find this in the route setup.
- why all of a sudden this field doesn’t have “100%” entered in the box.
