Automatically opening .axc files in AX client

Dear All,

We have installed MS Dynamics Client for all the users.

For the users who are using Windows 32 Bit OS version, every time they need to drag the ax.axc file into the Dynamics Icon ( We have already changed the Dir in the Ax.axc file ) to start AX ?

Any solution for the same ? Thanks in advance.

You can set AX client (ax32.exe) to be the default application for opening .axc files, in the same way as Word is usually the default application for .docx files.
Or you can create a shortcut (.lnk) calling the AX client with the .axc file as parameter.
