Hi, My Customer would like to automatically confirm a PO that has been approved via a workflow. Is it possible without customization? They don’t want to someone else to click on the confirm button as another step. Thanks
And what do they want to do regarding the physical communication with the vendor - so the print out etc?
Run the confirmed batch job in procurement periodic where the approval status is approved and put it on recurrence with a batch job.
Never tried it but should work in theory.
In this case, if it’s approved , it should be confirm right away . So , yes it may be a good option to try using the batch job. I’ll check and see the results. Thanks for your response.
