I would like to allow users to select multiple options (multi-select, choices) for an auto-complete control. For example. I would like to select BOTH United States and United Kingdom. I understand that this field has the auto-complete control. Is there something I can do other than rebuild every country in a choices option set?
Thanks for the reply, @HeidiNeuhauser !
I was actually wondering if Multi-select picklists function on legacy webforms. For me it does not and I was wondering if it’s only supposed to work on the Unified interface forms.
In the Legacy Web app, there is no control to select options on a multiselect picklist. When I open the same record in the same form using Customer Service Hub, there is a control to search for and select options on the multiselect picklist.
Thank you! I have tried the method of using a SingleLineofText field and applying the MultiSelectPicklist Control to the field on the form. It did not work.
Interesting… do you want to set up some time to do a quick Teams meeting? It’s hard to know through messaging here. If you want to get together and screenshare what you have, I’d be happy to. Shoot me an email: heidi@reenhanced.com.
Updating this thread in case others have this problem but we were able to solve this with a simple setting! If you’re having the same issue, check your settings and toggle “Use legacy form rendering” to No. That should get you rocking and rolling!
