One of our customers has a problem wiht her printer. (HP laserjet 2200) When she is printing from navision all fields that dosn’t have a font proberty is printet in Italic. Fields with FontBold := true are printet correct. There were no problems 2 weeks ago. There are no problems printing from Word. Does anybody have any idea to why her printer sudenly has started to misbehave?
Did you check the default setting on the printer itself?
It’s not the default setting that causes the troubles, since Word or Excel or any other program dosn’t cause any problems. And the parts of the document that is printet in Bold looks as it should.

Hmm. Word and Excel don’t count in this case thought. They don’t send unformated letters to the printer. Did you try something like: type YourText.txt > prn. Another idea: Perhaps the font you use for fields (<> bold) isn’t installed on this computer. bye André
