Does any one know what is the difference between static master plan and dynamics master plan.

The static is the last time the plan was run, therefore giving planners the ability to plan on a static platform, the dynamic one takes into account additional transactions loaded since the last static was run. You can make the static the dynamic by making them the same in the parameters, also one of the plans defaults on all views - dynamic for net requirements which may indicate a shortfall, but the last static would show potentially something different. Mainly used for long planning cycles where people need a firm basis to plan rather than a shifting one.
