Are AX 2009 reports worth learning now that AX 2012 is out?

I work with AX 2009 and am very weak with reports…are they worth learning now that AX 2012 is out and the reports have changed completely? I’m not sure if I should try and pick up the painful reporting tech.

Hi,

You are right that reporting technology in AX 2012 is different than in previous AX versions.

Unless there are/is requirement(s), I don’t think there is any point in learning AX standard reporting that exists in previous AX versions.
