AOS Shuts down when I attempt to change company or currency

Hi All,

Dynamics AX hangs and AOS shuts down when I try to change company accounts or change curency. This happens even when I’m logged on as “Administrator”. Also the AOS stops when I try to create or add a new user from active directoty.

Does anyone have any tips on resolving this problem in AX 4.0 SP1?

Hi Michael,

I have noticed several issues with client and AOS communication in Ax 4.0 SP1. What specific error messages do you get? Could you check in the event viewer and let us know please?

One option could be moving to Ax 4.0 SP2.
