I have a problem in compiling the Application because the AOS services stop while the compile CIL is working. I can’t continue the Installation checklist because of this.

Is the AOS service getting stopped when you compile the application??
Did you try starting again and recompiling the application??
The event log should be able to give you more info on what is happening during application compilation and why the client closes.
