Alert on fields group in AX 2012 R2

Hi all,

Is it possible to create an alert on fields group like, if Customer group =‘Wholesale’ AND Classification group=‘10’ then AX shall generate alert. Can any body guide, thanking you in advance.

On create alert rules form, click on select button and chose the required fields(by setting the criteria)
