Go to Administration → Common Forms → Users Open this form and Ctri+n enter the fields and click on Import Button and click on Next, Now select the domain Name, and click Next it will display dialog click Yes, it will take some time and select import and click Next it will import the user into DAX , in users form enable the user it will work
