Does anyone know of a way of running the Adjust Cost - Item Entries Routine based on a specific date range. For example at the beginning of a new month, can it be run only on the previous month until that previous month has been closed?

But I will advice you to not do that!
Sooner or later you most likely have to do a complete run (without any date-filters), and if you at that time (maybe years later) get some “strange data”, you may get problems.
Please don’t! And keep your inventory up to date.
