Adding Reports in menu forms

Hi I have created new report in AOT> Report section> XYZ Report

Now I want to add this to my main menu like General Ledger>Report>XYZ Report.

Can anyone help me how to add this report to my General Ledger Report Menu

  1. Create an Output menu Item to that report.(Drag the report into AOT → Menu Item → Output → give a name and save).

2.Now drag this above created output menu item into AOT → Menus → ledger → Reports and save.

Now close and open the application.
