Hello,
I’m trying to add the “Gross weight” column to the “Item details” (Inventory management-Common forms) page to no avail. I have Gross width, Gross depth and Gross height but only “Net weight” or “Tare weight” when I go in the Add fields of User setup (right click, set up). I can see Gross weight in the Setup tab of “Item” but cannot populate it. BTW, I have admin rights.
I would appreciate any inputs you guys can give or a user manual so I can help myself. When I looked, I only found programming manuals. Anyone has such a document?
