A way to set up a trade agreement discount at the SKU level (item number)

I know the Sales Price method for trade agreements allows you to set an established resale via the item number, but I would like to set a discount percentage off of the resale by item number. Ex. Item X, 20% off resale. Is there an easy way to do this?
